we ship through sendle -- a carbon-neutral shipping service for small businesses. the rates for these packages range from $4.50 to $11.50, so we can get you your items without breaking the bank or contributing to your carbon footprint.

local pickup is available at no cost + offered most days from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. you can select the local pickup option when submitting an order + we'll coordinate a pickup time convenient for you at one of two locations depending on when your order is ready. the local pickup locations are 7037 Oak Tree Drive South, Lorain, OH 44053 or 1028 Rabbit Run Circle, #106, Ann Arbor, MI 48103.

beginning may 30, 2023, local delivery to washtenaw county, michigan, will be available for a $3 delivery fee. you can select the local delivery option when submitting an order + we'll coordinate a delivery window convenient for you. during the holiday season, we will be also offering delivery options in lorain and cuyahoga counties and any counties along I-90 between the michigan border and cleveland upon request.
